Frequently asked questions
I have never touched a guitar before. Is this course right for me?
Yes. Intro to Guitar is designed for complete beginners. We start with how to hold the guitar and tune it, and build from there.
Do I need to read music?
No. We use chord diagrams and simple rhythm notation that we will explain together in class.
How much should I practice between lessons?
A short daily practice of 15 to 20 minutes is far more effective than one long weekly session. Consistency builds the muscle memory that makes playing feel easy.
