Enrollment and Cancellation Policy

Pricing and payment

Tuition is $240 per student for the complete six-week course, equivalent to $40 per lesson. Full payment is required at registration to reserve your seat. Enrollment covers the entire course; individual lessons cannot be purchased separately.

Minimum enrollment

Each course requires at least four paid students and is limited to six students. If Julian Hoover cancels a course because minimum enrollment is not met, registered students will receive a full refund.

Student cancellations and refunds

Because class size is limited and your seat is reserved upon payment, tuition is non-refundable, except as described in this policy or required by applicable law.

No refunds or credits are provided for student cancellations, illness, schedule conflicts, a change of mind, or withdrawal after the course begins.

Instructor cancellations and schedule changes

If Julian Hoover cancels the entire course before it begins, you will receive a full refund.

If the course is cancelled after it begins, you will receive a refund of $40 for each remaining lesson.

If Julian cancels an individual lesson, a replacement session will be offered. If no replacement is available, or you cannot attend the replacement session, you will receive a $40 refund for that lesson.

Missed classes

Student absences do not qualify for refunds, credits, makeup lessons, or individual replacement sessions. Each group follows a fixed six-week schedule.

Students who miss a lesson will receive any course materials provided for that session to help them keep up.

Transfers

Before your course begins, you may request a transfer to another scheduled group. Transfers require Julian Hoover’s approval and depend on seat availability. Your original registration remains in place unless the transfer is confirmed.

If a transfer cannot be accommodated, the student cancellation policy applies.
